DO NOT BUY ULTRAHUMAN RING
i bought my first ultrahuman ring in may 2025. the first ring worked great until september when a firmware update completely ruined the battery life. i got a replacement ring but the step tracking was extremely inaccurate. it would overcount steps constantly. i’d be sitting on the bus and it would say i walked 1,000+ steps, or i’d be sitting at my office job and it would randomly add 100 steps. eventually that ring stopped connecting altogether.
i then received a third ring, but this time it had the opposite issue and severely undercounted my steps. after a while, that ring also stopped connecting.
i got my fourth ring on april 10, 2026 and unfortunately it’s been undercounting steps too. now after today’s firmware update on may 21, 2026, this ring has also stopped connecting.
