Breathe, it’s going to be ok.
AI needs to market itself to survive.
The people spinning fear, are the scardest.
You haven’t lost your skills, they are still there.
You aren’t behind. We are learning together right now.
If you read something that doesn’t make sense, it’s ok to question it.
If people seem overly confident and speak in black and whites, they are probably missing the nuisances.
The “AI natives” I know, know when to use it and when to use something else.
It’s just a tool. Yes one that will change things, but that’s life.
I see it similar to the internet but more expensive and with more problems for companies.
In 5 years they’ll be trying to train people on how to use AI in a cost efficient way and ways you shouldn’t use it for security reasons.
Keep using it as it evolves if you want. If you don’t want to, it’s honestly not hard to catch up with. It’s not moving that fast. You can still learn most things in a couple of months.
Go outside. Take care of your body. Be with your friends. Live life.
