Good evening, a quick query.

If your current contract (electricity, insurance, broadband, tv phone, etc ) expires , are you classed as a new customer if you go with the same provider?

For house insurance we have found it cheaper to go with the same company but as a new quote instead of renewal figure.

Is it the same for electricity, broadband etc.?
