Cross posted-Cardio questions-how badly at risk am I and why did my primary not catch this?

Went to the cardiologist after wearing a zio monitor for 14 days to check for POTS. My heart skips beats a lot sometimes. Just got test results back and a nurse wrote a note about them saying I need to immediately start aspirin and a statin. But a few weeks before, my primary did my labs and had no notes other than exercise more and eat healthy. Just how much should I be terrified? I went in specifically to check for pots and walked out with a bunch of screenings and labs I wasnt expecting at my age. Thanks for the info!

Stats:

F36, 178lb, 5'3"

15mg Lexapro and 20mg vyvanse daily-adhd and general anxiety disorder, last week diagnosed with hypermobile ehlers danlo, and most likely dysautonomia (my blood sugar crashes when I've had caffeine without enough protein, but only at certain parts of the month around my period).

I try to eat 30g protein each meal and 1500 cals a day for weight loss by my weight loss doctor. Have brought bmi from 33 to 31, but stuck right now due to stress. Eat mostly lean protein, rarely red meat though some ground beef, and not much processed food. 7k steps a day minimum just at work, closer to 10k, and at least a ten minute walk daily. I teach elementary so Im fairly stressed at the moment with the end of the year. I dont drink much caffeine other than tea, both sweet or hot depending on the day. I probably have two to three cups of it daily though. No coffee at all, rarely soda, and absolutely nothing that adds caffeine or markets itself for giving energy. No smoking of any kind, no alcohol.

Historically have had elevated cholesterol, my weight loss doc said I'd eventually need to go on medicine and that the way mine is bad elevated but good normal means its not going to be improved much with diet and exercise. Mom and sister both have elevated as well, mom is on meds. No family history of heart disease below age 50, grandfather had an 80% blockage at age 70 they caught since my grandmother ran him over and broke his leg.

Test results:

Ekg normal

Zio showed 1 event with 6 beats in a row missed but everything else classified as fine.

Tilt table normal-no pots

High sensitivity crt- 7.92 (Im most confused about this one because Google says it measures inflammation? Like I had some bad stomach issues that morning from anxiety while I was waiting to be called and ran to the bathroom a couple of times, could that have cause the high inflammation score or is it not affected by that? I've never taken this test before so I have no baseline)
