Can I transfer my livestock and rock from my 40 gallon to a 100 gallon?

Im upgrading from my 40 gal aio cube to a 100 gallon tank with a 40 gal sump. My question is can I just move my rock and livestock straight into the tank after I set it up? Or do I also need to let it cycle? I have about 80lbs of live rock that's been seeding with live bacteria and salt water for about 4 months in a separate container I plan on using as well. TIA

Not sure which to build into a reef tank. need some input.

I have a 250 gallon acrylic aquarium with dual overflows it's 72"x24"x36" and I have a 100 gallon acrylic tank with no overflows. Plan on adding the eshopps eslips overflow it's dimensions are 64"x18"x21.25". I'm leaning towards the 100 gallon but would like to hear other people's thoughts.

Are 11.5 inch tall baffles tall enough for a standard 75 gallon tank being turned into a sump? I cut some glass and all the pieces are 11.5 inches tall. TIA
