Step 1 pass, Step 2 Score 220 and failed step 3. 3 US LOR and 1 Research US LOR. Advice for applying this cycle.

I recently got my step 3 result, I failed it. I am devasted and confused for match cycle. Step 1 passed and step 2 score 220. 3 US LOR and 1 Research LOR with good publication. Is it better to apply match this cycle.
