I decided to try a new dish from the local Indian/Nepali eatery (Himchuli) and loved what I got. Wanted it a little spicier, but can adjust that next time. Is there another restaurant that serves up a solid rogan josh? I've always skipped it over because I didn't understand what it was but it might be my favorite now.
