i never had sinus problems in my life until menopause

I’ve had dry, inflamed sinuses for months now and a pressure feeling behind my nose and eyes when I wake up

have tried saline and Sudafed sprays and Dymista

doc wont give antibiotics unless there’s discharge (sorry)

has anyone else had this and found a solution?
