sa refund process po ba need ng bank account para makuha yung refund sa dp? enrolled last april 22 and balak ko mag withdraw this 16th. any bank account po ba if ever na through bank ang refund? thank youuu!

Hello! i recently enrolled at NU MOA this april. Nakapasa ako sa state univ and I'm hesitant pa to drop my enrollment kasi may interview pa so ang pag enroll ko sa state u is 50/50.

1. Can i request my documents (specially my form 138) sa registrar?
2. Can i reason out na i need that document for an interview sa other university ?
3. Will they allow me to be interviewed by other university while I'm already enrolled or must i drop the enrollment from NU first before anything else?
