For me : Honestly, the show started going downhill a long time ago, but it has become a habit in our house. For years, we’ve been having dinner at 8:30 pm while watching Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. At this point, we are not really watching it because we are fans anymore, it’s just part of our routine.

When I moved to college, I didn’t watch even a single minute of any episode, but my dinner time was still fixed at 8:30 pm.

It’s only at home that we watch it. Dinner is the only meal we all have together, and TMKOC has just become a part of that time. It’s less about the show now and more about the habit and the comfort of sitting together and eating.
