Endometrium hyperplasia without atypical

Hi All, I recently had lap surgery for ovarian drilling, dye studies and a D&C. Got a call today advising I have endometrium hyperplasia without atypical but Dr said they’re abnormal, precancerous cells.
I’m confused at this as my oestrogen level is at base and so is my progesterone levels. I’ve had 4 miscarriages (none naturally conceived) and have never had normal/regular periods, they’ve all been medically induced. Everything I’ve researched says that this condition causes constant, abnormal bleeding but this isn’t the case for me.
Recommended treatment is progesterone tablets and monitoring for another biopsy in 3-6 months but I’ve been unresponsive to progesterone tablets for the past 12-24 months for fertility treatment.
From one desperate want-to-be-mother, has anyone had something similar and gone on to have a successful pregnancy?
