Manulife contact?
Does anyone have any idea how to get through to Manulife to speak to an agent directly?
Saying "Speak to an agent" or pressing 0 doesn't work.
If you have a question for them but don't have a plan and ID#, you cannot get through.
If their system messes up and doesn't recognize the plan and id# you are using, the phone just hangs up the call on you.
An agent once told me to use "000" as the plan number and it would send me to an agent. It worked one time when I called but the next time I called, it didn't work and ended the call.
I am often having to call for missing payment statements, but cannot get through because we don't have a plan number to enter.
I am often having issues with unpaid claims but I cannot get through to an agent when checking the claim status. It will tell me the claim status and hang up with no option to discuss it further with an agent.
Why does their phone system suck so much and how have they not gotten enough complaints yet to realize that they need to change it?!
Is there another phone number to call? I use 1-800-268-6195 and cannot find another one from Googling.
Is there a way to submit feedback to them about their phone system?
