Help Request - Footer Created With Ultimate Addons for Elementor Not Displaying Correctly

Created a Footer with Ultimate Addons for Elementor, and the output lacks the formatting for the text and placement applied. All design elements are there, just not stylized correctly as it is in the Elementor editor. Even when I view the footer by itself, the design elements display correctly, but on the actual site, it does not.

WORDPRESS HELP - CAN'T REMOVE FOOTER/PRE-FOOTER

Using the Astra theme. I haven't been able to remove this footer or pre-footer (not sure which it is). I've gone through several steps, such as going to Customize the theme > Footer/> Widget, and I still don't have a way to remove this footer. Any help is appreciated!
