Guys which uni is better for cs

Guys usually what are the chances of getting into your first preference if I got into my second preference. Got into MHSHSS and my first preference was SBASSE. Do they even give you your first preference if seats become available? My creds:
3 A*s and 6As in olevels
4As in AS LEVEL
1440 sat
And some ecs nothing too amazing
Did anyone here get into their first pref after getting into their second pref at first
