My Gen Alpha Sister's Note 10 Plus not working

Okay, my Gen Alpha sister came to my room about her phone that suddenly stopped working after she dropped it may times thankfully she has a case on it... I checked and inspect the damage to make sure nothing went wrong with screen, good news the screen is still intact, no cracks. I tried plug it in and no response...

So, I tried with wireless charger that has light status will tell me if it's charging or not, until the wireless charger status went blue for millisecond and showed back to red mean it's not charging, it's supposed to be blue that indicates it's charging but it's stuck red... I tried plug it in with USB charger that has built in voltage and amp metre, it still says 0 amps... I tried with same charger on my phone it worked and shows some amperage. According to her claims that the phone is still at 70%... I was disappointed that was my previous phone that I used it for 4 years and I loved that phone until she completely ruined it, like everything, it was one of my favourite Samsung device... Also, no surprise for her actions because she used it heavily as she played Roblox every single day...

So, is there something wrong with phone's hardware or could be the battery is bad?
