Just a whinge.

Had a quick dinner last night at rashays, and got hit with a 2% surcharge that wasn’t listed anywhere, nor did it appear on the receipt.

Even when paying, the total was announced as $75.70. No mention of any surcharge. Lady before us had the same issue, questioned it and was just met with a shrug.

I know it’s a small amount and the food prices were reasonable, and I know surcharges are going away, but being scummy about just doesn’t sit right. Have reported it to ACCC and NSW fair trading.

Really, just posting to have a bit of a rant.
