Sino sino ba ang pwede maging Call Center Agent?

Honestly, kahit anong background mo, kaya mong makapasok sa BPO as long as confident ka at willing matuto. Wala namang madaling trabaho, lahat dumadaan sa adjustment period at first experience.

Pero malaking advantage talaga kung galing ka sa customer-facing roles like cashier, sales lady, receptionist, or any job na nakikipag-usap ka sa customers araw-araw. Mas mabilis mong ma-aapply yung communication skills mo, kaya mas may edge ka sa hiring process.

Thinking of shifting to BPO? Customer-facing experience might give you an edge

Did you know? Any customer-facing experience is actually a great stepping stone for a BPO career.

Wala naman masyadong pinagkaiba when it comes to customer service skills sa BPO. Same lang din; communication, handling customers, patience, and problem-solving.

Plus one thing na napapansin ko lang, mas okay din siya for some people kasi mas malaki yung sahod compared sa most retail or service jobs, and hindi rin physically exhausting kasi naka-upo ka lang habang ina-assist mo yung customers through calls or chat.

So kung nag-iisip ka mag-change career and looking for growth and better pay, baka worth it i-check yung BPO or CSR roles.

Sales lady, receptionist, cashier, barista, or kahit anong customer-facing role, parang solid starting point for this kind of work.

Curious lang, for those na nag-shift na to BPO, ano pinaka-nagustuhan niyo or pinaka-naging adjustment sa inyo?
