Next move after topups?
I've just finished my top-ups while working as a band 3 in an NHS lab. Next step is doing my porfolio. I nearly got a band 4 job in my current department, was so disappointed 🥲 I've done another band 4 interview recently as practice. Not sure what to do next, wait on a band 5 in my department which will be very competitive as all are 😅 Just feeling deflated and demotivated. Any tips or suggestions?
