Follow-up to the Pantops Bridge fire

Thanks to this community for tipping me off about the fire under the Pantops Bridge last Saturday night. I went to the encampment and met the person who'd lost his home and most of his earthly possessions. I wrote a little about him and the fire for C-VILLE this week.
