A friend recently told me that not all colleges teach Implants in Perio..which is the highlight of the subject..which GDCs do not have this facility?

My score was 661..I still don't understand how this year 661 fetches you only 588 (for comparison last year 300 rank got 658).. anyways I wanted a govt ortho or endo seat which I don't think will be possible anymore..my last hope is if I get a govt pedo seat..is there any hope? I'm form West Bengal
