Hey everyone,

I just finished building my first app! I’m a developer with a passion for real estate, and I wanted to create something that specifically helps investors determine if a deal actually makes sense or if they should walk away.

What it does:

• Analysis: Deep-dive tools to see if a property is a "good deal" based on your criteria.
• Marketplace: A dedicated spot for FSBOs and wholesalers to list properties directly to investors.
• Matching: It automatically connects sellers with investors looking for that specific type of deal.

I’m looking for 5 volunteers who are active (or aspiring) investors to tear this thing apart. I need honest feedback on the UI, any bugs I might have missed, and whether the analysis tools are actually useful in the field.
