I’m pretty new to redstone, and there’s probably better ways to do this, but i’ve made a fun contraption that sounds exactly like a clock(for the most part).
It uses 3 waterlogged sculk sensors playing catch with trapdoors to make thenticking sound, and the chimes are just a very inneficient repeater clock
