it also feels unstable. sometimes I have 30 sometimes 100. I have google fiber internet.

I recently selfhosted an mc server 24gb ram. I forwarded with playit, and my friends hav great ping, while I have 200 ms. The pc is located about 6 mins drive from the house im currently at, and on both my server pc and laptop I get bad ping. On the server pc if I use localhost it’s fine. When I ping the playit url through the terminal, it returns 38 ms and is stable. I‘ve been told it could be that playit is doing a connection because I’m close to my server pc but I have no idea what to do.
