I recently got back into honkai impact 3rd after I stopped playing around the time 7.3 came out. So, there are alot of characters I’m missing .. additionally, I have 13 pulls until I get a S rank, and it came to my attention that elysia Hi♪ Love Elf♥ is receiving a rerun. I was wondering, should I go for Seele, Mei (if i get her before her banner ends), or elysia? Who do you guys think is more worthy in terms of in battle? I’ve gotten mixed opinions (one vote for Mei, two votes for elysia) but they were mostly going off of appearance, so I’m not entirely sure.
