Looks like the buffed the sets. The W/Letter! Suitor's Mini Set is the best set to get and the hearts per diamond is looking better than the Abstinence event.

I've added in the calculations for the Triple Lucky Time Set, but I would note that there's no guarantee that the price or the contents of the set will remain the same. We've seen it change during elections.

Also wanted to note that the number of hearts needed to get a +99 card for any suitor is 1590 hearts sent. Definitely lower than most CE events. The BP of the card (assuming it is the same as JP) is also 2325 so a great pick up to round out your SE decks.
