HICCUPS

Im 20F and have gastric and digestive problems. I know I might sound silly for overreacting about this but this is the fifth time I’ve had hiccups today, they usually last for about five minutes and go away when I drink water or hold my breath. My throat and mouth feel irritated and I get these hiccups a little while after I eat or drink something. I have a feeling its GRED pr acid reflux cause I keep burping a lot.

I haven’t been eating well(eating very very less) for the last few weeks and now this might be due to acidity, right? I just want reassurance that its fine, just acid reflux and it wouldn’t lead to persistent hiccups. And what medications do I take? antacids? h2 blockers?

I am always anxious about the imminent arrival of the hiccups and get more anxious thinking the anxiousness would trigger them. Now I want to know if eating right at right times would help solve this?
