ABG suppositories stopped working?
Hello! I’ve been fighting this shi for the past 3 years and I am TIRED. Im pretty sure I have neuroproliferative vestibulodynia because I have like burning and itching, but then it like spread to my outer labias so that’s fun. I had some luck with ABG (amytryptaline, baclofen gabapentin) suppositories for like a month, to the point where the pain went from unprovoked to only provoked which was exciting, but now they are working less and less… is it even possible to get a higher dose? I really don’t want to take oral nerve medication. I’m registered for Dr Goldsteins ketotifin study starting in June so I’m hoping that if it’s a mast cell issue and not a nerve issue that will help but I’m just sad confused and frustrated. Any advice welcome and stay strong sisters, this SUCKS but we’ll figure it out 🥹
