Finally found some legit corn tortillas with no UPF filler in a local supermarket and they are tonnes better!

Cupboard raid and fridge raid, minus the fish. Tagine with garlic, courgette, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, parsley, harissa, chillies, cumin, paprika and lemon rind. Trout marinated in smoked paprika, salt and parsley oil before baking. Total cost approx £6.00ish

A great fish, definitely underrated!

Coming from a band background, with minimal experience in electronic, I've been (unsuccessfully) trying to make house music on/off in the box for years. Got the Syntakt (impulsively) and have I nailed the swing and groove I wanted in about ten minutes. Up there with one of the most inspiring things I've bought.

Rubbish phone audio, but everything aside from the pads here was sequenced on the syntakt with a lot of the twinshot machine being used.
