My personal experience upgrading from Fedora KDE 43 to 44

Hi,I just want to share my personal experience upgrading from Fedora KDE Plasma 43 to 44 because I run into some issues and this might help somebody.

I usually wait for a few weeks to upgrade between big releases, after all the "old" one is properly supported and you still get the usual kernel updates.

Yesterday I decided to run the update. The first issue that I found was a conflict with a power saving service (I do not remember the name). This was preventing the update to be run. I solved it by removing the package tlp with dnf from a terminal.

After that the update could start and it completed without apparent problems. It was later, again using the terminal, that I've noticed that there was a package that was causing conflicts. Sadly Discover hides these errors. This time the package causing trouble was kquickimageeditor-qt5. After removing it, I run dnf update and there were many KDE related packages that were installed, all for this single conflict.

I want to add that I've been using Fedora on this computer for several years, perhaps I started with Fedora 39. I also have several coprs installed (perhaps too many) and this may be a source of conflicts.
