Has anyone faced “Unable to validate the information provided” on the U.S. visa scheduling portal?
I’m trying to log into the U.S. visa scheduling website for India (ustraveldocs/usvisascheduling) for my H1B stamping process, and I keep getting the error:
“Unable to validate the information provided.”
I’ve already tried:
- resetting my password multiple times
- different browsers (Chrome, Edge)
- incognito mode
- clearing cache/cookies
- disabling extensions/VPN
- typing credentials manually
- waiting and retrying later
Nothing works. The password reset works fine, but login still fails immediately afterward.
Has anyone successfully fixed this? Was it an account migration issue, locked account, or something else? Did you have to contact support?
Would really appreciate any help because I’m stuck at the login step.
