I can't find applicable data on omega 3 to 6 ratio
I heavily tend towards omega 3, with a 5-1 ratio, maybe even 10-1. Is there any nutritionist here that could share a mechanistic opinion on that, as it seems that the data for such cases is nearly non-existent.
I'm afraid that this might have poor repercussions that only professionals can understand, so I figured I should ask here as I don't really want to change my dietary habits nor my supplementation program. I understand that this is unusual and that we won't have any epidemiological data on this kind of behaviors, but I wonder if there is something that we can infer from the physiology that might be of a risk to me.
