I did change the title of the post, to put the name of the Guy behind the Arday inquisition, as it seems like the media keeps protecting him. I originally wasn’t sure if I should put news or discussion as the tag, as there definitely is a need among us Jews about those of who are White or white passing Jews engaging in racism against People of Color (especially non-Jews) and how many of them also attack DEI. Nathan Cofnas is a symptom of a much larger problem among Jewry. He’s not the only Jew who has said similar things about DEI and racial bigotry in recent years. I think we also need to focus on this issue in the west, as it’s becoming a bigger problem and is partly how Trump has become so popular among certain Jews.

Since Reddit seems to be treating “Zionist” as a dog whistle for Jews, despite some of use Jews being vehemently anti-Zionist, to the point of censoring posts by anti-Zionist Jews about Zionism, while ignoring the very antisemitic stuff that Zionists, both Jews and Christians, say about anti-Zionist Jews, has anyone found a social media platform free from the inherent antisemitism of equating Jews with an genocidal ideology? I am just tired of the actual antisemitism on this site being ignored, just so they could coddle the hurt feelings of Zionists, at the expense of anti-Zionist Jews and their allies against both Zionism and antisemitism’s speech. I’m tired of this shit.

I’m not saying non-Jews can’t support Palestinian liberation. They absolutely can, but Palestinian Liberation is not the same as antizionism, and to me, antizionism inherently requires a complete rejection of actual anti-semitism/ Jew hatred, not just a desire for Palestinians to be liberated. I just feel like the moment a non-Jew engages in Jew hatred, they aren’t really rejecting Zionism, as they are providing support for Zionism itself. To me, I don’t see it any different than donating to AIPAC, while claiming to reject the Zionist colony. You are providing support regardless.

But to add to that, even though as Jews we might not have it as bad as it used to be where-ever we may be, I feel like non-Jewish society is still inherently hateful of Jews. It seems like much of the discussion of Palestinian Liberation is focused on Jews, especially Zionist Jews, but even antizionist Jews, because apparently there’s a loud enough group that thinks we aren’t doing enough. But they will conveniently ignore what created Zionism, who has the actual power in the west or even what religion the majority of Zionists believe in. I feel this bias and silence, is intentional. Like non-jews much rather hyperfocus on Jews, because they don’t have any animosity or hatred towards chrisian Zionists and how some of their support for Zionism is basically Islamophobia, racism against Palestinians and their hatred of Jews, plus their desire to turn Palestine into a Jewish ghetto they can deport Jews to.

Honestly, I feel exhausted. The only spaces I feel comfortable talking about Palestinian Liberation are Jewish ones. Hell, I feel like I can only talk to other Jews about Jew hatred, because it feels overwhelming that non-Jews believe the hatred of Jews doesn’t exist or that we deserve it. It feels like not only is it expected for Jews to leave Judaism, otherwise they aren’t Pro-Palestine enough, and frankly, I feel like Israel has already won and Palestinians are completely fucked.

It just doesn’t seem like it’s possible for non-jews to actually be antizionist, just Pro-Palestine. Non-Jews who desire to be more than just Pro-Palestine, but actually antizionist, were put in a shitty position thanks to the people in power being antisemitic and how ingrained antisemitism is culturally, that they were inherently doomed to fail, because of how easy it is for them accidentally spread antisemitic disinformation and not realize it. You really have to work hard to fight against something hard wired to your culture. They really don’t have a chance, and it seems like the few that do succeed, end up converting to Judaism anyways.

I expect most people would not agree with me. After all, Jews are like Quakers, if you have two of them, expected at a minimum three different responses.
