My Pastelmat paper came in and this is my first time using it. So far so good! Already wishing for a wider range of pastel colors. Currently working with a mini set of 24 Faber-Castell colors. Just ordered Mungyo Gallery Handmade pastels, so we shall see how those pan out once they arrive! Hoping to keep this streak of one a day alive 🤞

I’m trying out soft pastels and thought they’d work well following a Bob Ross tutorial. Very happy with how this turned out considering I’m new to the medium and don’t have my pastel paper yet. Can’t wait to do more!
