I noticed it after my partner took a shower on Monday. When pressed, it leaked more. It seemed to stop after a while but (and I don’t know if this is correlation or causation) I noticed it leaking again after I flushed the toilet this morning.

We haven’t looked under the cover because this is an apartment we’re renting and have no clue what would happen if we were to try.

I’m sure this will end with us needing to put in a work order but before that I was wondering what we might find under this cover and what if anything can we do ourselves. If it helps, the apartment was built in the 70s.
