Weird question (Srry for horrible spelling in this)
So its hard to start this off but i have this thong where i can see the dead. Anytime im feeling unsafe at night i have this thing that i find actually works with myself i basically repeat the phrase "Im safe, im loved and im protected" and i keep doing it untill i feel safe. I dont know if this is witchcraft or spell works but i think it could be (I might be wrong so yeah)
