I got the provisional admission letter for Chennai cse and it said I have orientation on 15th? See, I'm a day scholar and I haven't gotten any information about when my bus is. Vtop hasn't opened and now I saw a youtube livestream about the induction program?? 😭😭 What's going on here?? 😭😭🥀 Is orientation and the induction program different or did i just miss something really important here??

I just got into college and it's been a real struggle for my parents to pay the fee. I'd like to help them but I don't know how to convert my skills into profit. I'm in India, my annual fee is like 8000$
I've been programming since the lockdown. I wouldn't say I'm TOO good but I'm pretty decent.
\\- Ive written a UI engine in python during the pandemic. It's unfinished but the vision was there
\\- Then i pivoted to rust and wrote another UI engine 💀 ( yes I like building engines ) this time I took inspiration from flutter and actually wrote something good
\\- The only finished project I've made is a music sharing app for a company with background audio playing in flutter

I wanna request for a course migration after the second semester. How much can i reliably plan on it happening? What gpa should be aiming for? And what kind of questions are asked on the exams? Is it like highschool where I have to memorise a ton of shit and vomit 😭😭??! I like the problem solving based exams because those are the ones that actually test understanding but my school didn't focus on those so my knowledge on those is subpar. Will the syllabus start from square 1? Thenks :)
