Fluids while on Thinners

I've been on Enoxaparin injections since mid March due to a small PE only in my right lower lung. This is the very 1st time in my life. Ik i was told to drink fluids and all. So I was drinking almost up to a 100oz of water a day. What was happening is i was getting lightheaded and Vertigo kicked in full speed ahead. Like I was in an earthquake. Been to the ER prob 4 or maybe 5x within the past month bc of this. I was never directed to be drinking Electrolytes as well to keep my sodium at a normal rate. I pretty much washed it away with too much water. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Vertigo has taken over since on blood thinners

I've had Vertigo since I was 38. Went to a Balance Therapist which helped. Im now 57 and was diagnosed with a PE in my lung & nowhere else. Been on Generic Lovenox since March. Was on 60mg for a few weeks but had to lower my dose to due blood in urine. Im now down to 40mg which has helped with that stopping. Now Iam getting Vertigo a lil too often that ive had to go to the ER. Wondering if my dosage is still high bc of this. Any have opinions? Any and all opinions are appreciated 👏

Weight gain

I've been on generic Lovenox 💉 since March for a PE in my right lower right lung. Im an avid workout person cardio, weights, everything. I've not been able to do anything due to light headedness. This is my 1st Clot ever. I haven't put on a lot of weight but enough to me to bring me down. Is weight gain normal??? Any and all comments are appreciated. Thank you in advance!!!

Great news I think?

Was diagnosed March 9th of this year w/a PE in my lower right lung. No clots in my thighs, neck or arms. Been on generic Lovenox injections since March. Went to see my Hemotologist today saying that the clot has shrunk but is now attached to and I will not longer need blood thinners at the end of June. My Pullmonary Dr told me to stay on the thinners for another 3 months just to be safe. As much the good news sounds idk which way to go. Stop it the end of June or continue it for another 3 months. If anyone has had anything similar to this gimme your input please. I APPRECIATE ANY WORD OF ADVISE FROM ANY & EVERYONE. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!!

Im a (57.5F) Im an avid weight lifter 20yrs. Also in full Menopause and NOT doing HRT. I eat very healthy and exercise religiously. I Was diagnosed back in early to mid March with a PE in my lower right lung accompanied w/Walking pneumonia. Pneumonia is now gone. Dr's think i was undiagnosed with Covid back in December. Im now on Enoxaparin/Lovenox injections 40mg x2 a day since March 10th. Clot is almost all dissolved now. Was told most likley that I'll be on injections for 3 or maybe 6 months and then baby aspirin for another 3 months. Has anyone similar to my PE ever had reaccurance of this or not? I hate googling bc its never a positive answer.
