My YouTube algorithm recently recommended a Gotham Knights video where the thumbnail had a photo from yours truly 😁 Video created by YouTube user GoodBoyAce

Naturally, this caught my eye and I had some communication with the creator of the video, GoodBoyAce. He did not realize I captured the photo and I did not think twice that it might pop up outside of Reddit lol. So, here we are! Proper credit being given all around and I received his permission to make a post highlighting this video of his. A bit of serendipitous cross exposure. 

Consider giving the video a watch and even reading the comment section of it. There are varying perspectives and it is nice to be able to hold civil discussions about Gotham Knights, regardless of where anyone might stand on the matter. GoodBoyAce even wrote a comment that he may create a follow up video to discuss further thoughts on the game.

Did you know that the "Shepherd" Batcycle colorway in Gotham Knights was also referred to as, The Batcycle "Batman" Tribute? Art by Sam Couture

I wonder at which phase in development the name actually changed. I suppose it is a fitting title for the colorway, given the definition of a Shepherd being a guardian or watcher. In this particular instance, the word would be appropriate in how Batman would watch over Gotham City. A nice added layer of thought to accompany so many other in game details.

*Marked with a spoiler tag in case there are newer players or even those unfamiliar with the premise of this game* 

One thing I wish I definitively knew is...where, PRECISELY, Wayne Manor is located in this version of Gotham City. I know that the cinematics referenced the explosion tied to Wayne Manor's destruction being in North Gotham but I NEED an exact spot! 🤓

Less likely an actual bug and more likely an amusing visual timing anomaly in Gotham Knights 😆

This was rather entertaining to behold. So, Nightwing's elemental darts can build up and reapply his equipped ranged elemental effects up to three times in succession. In this clip, I was using a cryogenic based ranged weapon. Since the effect reapplied, it appeared to cause the enemy to freeze IN MIDAIR before they "floated" just a few inches above the ground below.

To make matters more amusing, my co-op partner and I were still able to grab the enemy and successfully perform a team up attack takedown 🤭 Nearly 4 years later and I continue to make new discoveries in this game!
