Hey all-I'm looking at 2016+ Imprezas for an inexpensive commuter car (will probably drive 300-350 miles/week, mostly highway).

I came across a 2016 Sport (or Sport Premium/whatever Subaru called it in 2016) with 197k miles. 1-owner, serviced religiously every 6k miles at Subaru dealers according to the Carfax, new CVT at 150k miles, recent brakes and wheel bearings.

Car has always lived near Indianapolis, so rust isn't a huge concern. Asking price is $8k.

Given that this car has been well maintained and probably saw mostly easy highway miles, would you have reliability concerns due to the mileage? How long do the FB motors tend to live?
