My newest kitty is a menace/nightmare

I have two Devons. My eldest is about 15 months and I got her almost a year ago. She super sweet. The newest is about 6 months- I got her about 2 months ago. She is a nightmare. It's a 3 kitty household. My eldest kitty and my eldest Devon wait patiently when it comes time to be fed (they get wet food twice a day with dry food in the bowl throughout). My youngest Devon starts screaming the moment a human wakes up the morning, eats some of her food- and then attacks everyone else. I have to separate her.

She repeatedly attacks me and my partners food. Like jumps up onto the table if we are not vigilant and drags things off our plates. Earlier today. I turned around for about 5 seconds and she dragged my sandwich across the house and spilled coffee everywhere. Once again- she gets wet food twice a day and the kibble bowl is always full. My other Devon does not behave this way and never did even when she was a kitten.

This one also constantly screams for attention. Me and my partner play with her multiple times a day- she has toys- two other cat to play with- etc. But she she'll just randomly start yawling for attention. She gets up into everything. She'll literally scale the shelves, take rocks out of the planters, etc. I know Devons need a lot of attention, but my other doest or never acted like this.

Edit: Since there's a huge a-hole in the comments saying I didnt ask a question... do yours act like this?
I posted because I wanted to ascertain others experiences with the breed.- not for people to be mean to me saying thats how cats act. I love all my kitties. She just very- extra. I dont know if this I normal or not for Devons since my other is the complete opposite in personality. And none of my other cats that I have my entire life have acted like this. I was hoping people would share their experiences. Not be mean. I do have a visit with a cat specialist vet this week.

I had hoped to get some support or similar experiences. Instead a-holes/trolls are attacking me.

Devon Rex- Weight Concerns

So I have a female Devon- 15 months now. When she hit about 7 months she was around 7.5 pounds and already looked a bit 'rotund' in the middle and my partner expressed weight concerns. However, she was still a kitten I didnt think much of it. She stayed around that same weight from about 7 months to a little over a year. We started putting up her food bowl at night (she gets wet food twice a day and I would leave dry food out- the cattery told me that wouldn't be an issue because they burn a lot of calories due to not having as much fur). It was fine, but following the same food practices- she's exploded over the last month and a half. Gained over a pound and looks like a bowling ball. She's not even on kitten food anymore. I try playing with her more, tried an exercise wheel, but nothing seems to be working. It's a multi-kitty household so restricting dry food is hard. I recently got another Devon kitty and they play together so I thought that would help. But no- she's just gained more weight instead.

Any experiences with this? She's over a year old- I've seen pictures of some of her sisters and they are trim in the middle- while she's a bowling ball.

What would you do? Non-English speaking students enrolled in my course.

Posting a couple on here today as it's the first week of class. Apparently the Uni I adjunct for recently merged. They apparently are trying to appeal to a bunch of non-English students (Spanish Speaking). They put several learners who speak _only_ Spanish in my course without even letting me know. Im sure Google Translate can help with written content, but I'm not sure if it can translate the course textbook. Several students keep emailing me in Spanish.

The course requires speeches and they upload them in Spanish which I don't speak. I was able to use closed-captioning for one but not for others. I dont get paid to translate everything though Google Translate especially when I was never informed that is now apparently a course with non-English speakers. I try to be as accommodating as I can. At another institution I teach, Im perfectly okay with bilingual students switching to another language when they give speeches because I know its stressful (but they still communicate in English during class). However, for an online course, I feel like it's the Unis responsibility to put students into a language appropriate course and not my responsibility to run their assignments through translate.

EDIT: While there are free translation services, running student work through 3rd parties if they submit in another language without their permission potentially violates FERPA.

And just when I thought I've seen it all... (Rant)

I teach an online course that requires speeches. In the past I've faced issues where students will chop off their heads (like literally only film their bodies- so awkward), paste emojis over their faces, etc. But today, I watched a speech where a student used an avatar to give their speech saying that it made them more comfortable. I understand that giving speeches makes people uncomfortable, but it's a department mandated component of the course and I need to physically be able to see them to evaluate their nonverbal delivery.

Over the years, I've repeatedly had students contact me saying they can't give speeches because of x, y, or z. Security reasons (the video recordings are in a closed system, not publicly posted), they have kids so they can't be expected to find a place to record them and that it's an unreasonable requirement, the list goes on and on. And the course is literally called 'Public Speaking'.

Edit: This was also for just an intro speech- like that only was a couple minutes long at most where they just introduce themselves. I have a list of basic filming criteria (film from the waist up, don't cut off your head, etc.) that more and more gets ignored.
