Does anyone know the current situation with the building (Mazaya 3)? The renovation period (repair of building defects) ended on 10 March. What’s happening now? Has the building passed the state inspection? The management company says the commission is due to approve the building by July. Does anyone have any other useful information or news? Has the work actually been completed, or has the deadline been extended again, and if so, by how long? Perhaps someone lives nearby and could pop round to check the current DLD permit.
