Just bought piggy bank that contain 1.6K cash for 17$ (i know it's crazy and such a wasteful) then I bought SpecOps, I want to make this dude better in my campaign focus gameplay and I won't waste it just like that. So which better sets for this guy? Millitary or even tactical? Also which best stats focus for him??
