What’s a reasonable estimate to cut these two queen palms down?

Looking to get rid of these, currently have four, would prefer two… also any recommendations to what should I replace them with… I currently have queen palms, sago’s, and a pigmy date palm. I want to keep the same theme going. Live in the Central Valley of California with a Zones 8a through 9b.

Need advice on possibly cutting these 2 queen palms and what to plant there instead

i want to cut the 2 next to the drive way, i have 2 queens close to the house as pictured above and 1 pigmy and 2 sago palms... if i cut down the 2 that seperate the drive ways what should i plant there that can match everthing else.... reason i want to cut the 2 is because having 4 in the future would be expensive to keep up and also these 2 are not growing as nicely.

Do I need to trim the queen palms?

I do them myself and honestly idk if I’m doing them right, as of now do they need to be cut?

How do my sago palms look? I don’t want them to grow as tall so I’m not cutting them at all.

But my question if it’s an eye sore if I don’t?

Is it true if I don’t cut them that it will grow slower?

Sago palm has multiple staminate cones, will it grow different heads now?

I fear it’s going to look mutated, how can I prevent this?
