I see a TFR (temporary flight restriction) is scheduled for tomorrow 7/14 over the airport and downtown. What VIP is coming to Austin?

That means we're are still in for a fast and loud complex of strong to severe storms with a concern initially (northwest of Austin) of large/very large hail before storms merge into a squall line and the main concern shifts to damaging straight-line wind gusts. There may be a few isolated strong storms that develop earlier in the evening ahead of the main batch as well.
