Good day All,
Plsss, I need advice. I applied for VAWA in August 2022. And VAWA is still pending.‘I received NTA for September 9th through my Attorney today.
Though, I have one criminal case where a lady at work called Police on me, I was arrested by the police and charged to court and the case was stricken off thru Deferred Prosecution since last year December 2025.
My fear is that will ICE arrest me on my court Day. The arrest is my worry bcos my two Children who are living in Nigeria solely depend on me bcos their Mother has passed since 2019.
I need advice from you all. VAWA is not approved yet, still pending
