








Plateau & Lower Body Help Please
- 5’3 , Start: Avg. 2020 175-180lbs
Avg. 2022 165-170lbs
- Lots of yo-yoing , then started micro-dose GLP Aug 2026
- Avg. May 2026 135lbs
- Goal: 115-125lbs
I started a micro-dose GLP this past Aug and I am down to 135lbs, yay! But, the weight-loss has slowed way down. Last month nothing happened on the scale and this month is looking the same! I am on a running program 2x a week, weightlifting/strength training in the gym 2-3x a week, and daily walks/hikes. I am on the same dose for my GLP-1. I may have some dysmorphia, but my legs feel like they look the same! I can’t seem to tone them up!
Here’s the photos, they’re not great, fuzzy and poor poses. I never thought I would share them 😅.
Don’t get me wrong, I am happy that I’ve lost so much but I want to wear shorts, and not feel so self conscious ya know?
Any advice to firm up the appearance of my legs? And advice to break the plateau?
