I’m new here so apologies in advance for my ignorance. I have a tiny little yard and have found three points in the same 2-3 ft area in my tiny yard. Any info you can share about the types, age?

And also, any ideas on how three broken pieces end up in the same place? Did someone decide to learn to make these 10 yrs ago, sucked at it and threw them into the garden? Or is this common?
