Within the lore radagon and rennala have them 3 before radagon leaves her for marika so how come those 3 are demigods when before radagon was a full human was he not?

I get later on radagon and marika combine but that dosent mean rennalas kids would suddenly have god blood going through them am I missing something like is their demigod status just a title and has nothing to do with their strength or was marika and radagon the same person when he was with rennala
