Still Sjogrens?

Hey yall, I’m in pursuit of figuring out whats going on. Its been a year and a half of dryness. It started out bad, over night. Was mainly just eyes and mouth but quickly became skin, labia, hair (hair was falling out too) sinuses, occasionally airways, and ears. I was also going through post partum thyroiditis when it started.

I have had negative SSA and SSB 4x
I started out with ANA 1:320 (couldve been related to PPT or celiac)
My ANA since had dropped to 1:160 that was 4 months ago and i had some gluten exposure so could be related (celiac)
I have low progesterone, confirmed through testing and a recent early miscarriage
My ferritin was 15 but is now 86
My zinc was on the very low end of normal
Still waiting on other nutrient panels related to common celiac deficiencies
Im not on any medications
I had a salivary ultrasound done this week and it was completely normal
I only have pain when ive done hard labor with repetitive movements
I have no other symptoms other than dryness, no gland swelling, no fatigue, no joint pain

Could deficiencies and hormones really be the only thing driving this? I have days that feel almost normal and days that feel extremely dry, like unbearable.

Im not diagnosed yet but ive had dryness all over for a year and 5 months. The last 5 days i randomly developed what feels like extreme dryness in my lungs and throat. Im scared to death this isnt going to go away. Nothing is helping. What do i do?

Is there anything available medicine wise that will actually suppress the gland destruction? I need hope.

I have severe dryness all over, and eyes, mouth, throat, airways, skin, hair, everywhere. But thats it. No gland swelling, no joint pain, nothing. Does anyone else have this? I also test negative for SSA and SSB.
