The things you didn’t realize?
Hello everyone,
I’m on year 17 of trying to figure out why I’m so tired all the time (30f).
I had a sleep-lab sleep study in 2018 that diagnosed me with sleep hypopnea. I used the CPAP, didn’t see a change, stopped using it. A few months ago I did an at-home sleep study (insurance wouldn’t cover the lab one) and was diagnosed with mild OSA. Same story - used the CPAP, didn’t see a difference.
I’m wondering what symptoms you all have experienced that, now that you’ve diagnosed with N1/N2/idiopathic, make sense. I don’t know if I have narcolepsy, but my doctor offered to put me on Wakeix to see if it’ll help. I’m trying to determine what “subtle” symptoms I could be having that are actually associated with narcolepsy.
I appreciate everyone’s input. I’m sorry if this post is confusing. If you can’t tell…I’m tired Af. 😂😂😂
